There are nearly 100 board level solutions to choose from including A/D, D/A converters, analog and digital I/O products, clock generators for multimodule synchronization and more. Our solutions are available in AMC, XMC, FMC, PMC, cPCI, PCIe and VPX form factors and include the latest serial interfaces and are supported with ReadyFlow board support libraries. |
Clock synchronizers for complete system solutions: Clocks in real-time embedded systems control the sampling rate and signal quality for A/D and D/As, translation frequencies of digital up/down converters, digital filtering frequencies and more. Many Pentek boards allow multi-board synchronization using a single timing ribbon cable however, to synch more than a few modules, Pentek offers a large number of clock/sync generators in a multitude of form factors. Pentek can configure the clock/sync setup, install cabling & provide code to prove operation.

Pentek employs state-of-the art A/D (analog-to-digital) technology with advances in: sample-and-hold on the front end; sample clock interfaces and drivers; system noise reduction; and flash and multistage flash conversion techniques. New techniques in digital error code correction and thermal compensation circuitry help eliminate errors in bit accuracy, linearity and gain. |

These A/D (analog-to-digital) and D/A (digital-to-analog) products benefit from having both functions on one module increasing the board density and features and taking up less space in a system chassis. Many of Pentek's A/D and D/A modules include digital down converters by means of ASICs and FPGA Installed Cores. |
